Clothing Needs

Reopening in Mid-October
The Career Closet is a staple to The Light House, and has provided support to thousands of community clients in-need of career-oriented clothing. Over the years, the demand has shifted from suits, dresses, and skirts to more casual wear, like khakis, pants/jeans, polo shirts, and sneakers. We want to make sure we are meeting the needs of our clients, so we have decided to make some changes.

Beginning October 15th, the Career Closet will be called Carol’s Community Closet, in honor of previous Board President, Carol Brantley, who has been a longtime clothing closet volunteer. Our biggest need is currently Men’s clothing, and brand new socks and underwear for both men and women. We appreciate your help and support in making these changes, and look forward to better serving the needs of our clients.
